DANIEL NELSON - CEO/ PRESIDENT

  • Mr. Nelson started his construction career in 1970 with a home building company and later with a commercial general contractor.
  • Mr. Nelson joined T.V. John & Son in 1994 as an Operations Manager.
  • In 1995 he became a partner and was elected President & CEO in 1996.
  • He brings over 30 years of experience, in all facets of construction.
  • Along with his executive duties and project scheduling, Mr. Nelson has a "hands on" approach with daily construction site visits.
  • Mr. Nelson's most recent projects are in the areas of wastewater treatment, water treatment and distribution, church construction, and numerous commercial construction projects.

    TIMOTHY NELSON - VICE PRESIDENT

  • Mr. Nelson joined T.V. John & Son, Inc. in 1994 in the field as a laborer doing various types of work.
  • In 1998 he was promoted to a field site superintendent. Taking care of all field issues and scheduling of contractors as well as performing on site set up and layout work, concrete, and carpentry work.
  • Mr. Nelson then became partner and Vice President of Operations in 2002.
  • Mr. Nelson has successfully secured contractor's licenses in numerous states across the country and is the team leader for nationwide projects for T.V. John & Son, Inc. The company is currently working on projects in Kansas, Texas, Virginia, Oregon, Maine, New York, & Georgia.

    JOHN NELSON - VICE PRESIDENT

  • Mr. Nelson earned his degree in Civil Engineering from UW - Platteville in 1996.
  • Prior to joining T.V. John & Son in 1999, Mr. Nelson was a Project Engineer with a major Midwest engineering firm for three years.
  • He became a Partner at T.V. John & Son, Inc. in 2000.
  • Mr. Nelson oversees financial operations, project managers and all civil projects, as well as marketing.
  • Mr. Nelson is also performing project management duties on some of the company's nationwide projects.
  • He has over 10 years of construction experience in numerous Wisconsin communities.
